Julius Berger is Nigeria’s largest and most diversified construction company, with offices in West Africa and Germany. In time for their 50th anniversary, the company sought to refresh their brand identity to reinforce and progress Julius Berger’s image and brand value. Working as trusted partners and an extension of their team, we worked through and redefined strategy to achieve our client’s aspirations.
Fifty years for Julius Berger was a remarkable milestone. We supported strategy work at the company’s half-century anniversary that reflected their international reputation, local achievements and focus on innovation.
Collaborating with the Julius Berger communications team, we developed new copy for the relaunched company website. Copy was produced in line with the tone of voice and consistency was maintained across the site.
As part of our supporting content for the 50th anniversary campaign, we collaborated on the development of a company history brochure that captured Julius Berger’s impact on Nigeria’s infrastructure and building developments, which was supported by print and digital adverts and promotional material.
We were honoured to work alongside poet Valentine Okolo on a video script that would bring Julius Berger’s heritage, achievements and impact to life. After working on the script and storyboard, we collaborated with a London voiceover talent and set the art direction and music direction to create what was received as a major success for the company at such an important time.
