Julius Berger tasked us to refresh its brand strategy, to reflect the evolution of the company, organizationally, structurally and strategically and its targets for the future. A highly delicate project, considering the immense history and brand value. With over 50 years of heritage and reputation to pull from, we dove deep into discovery to capture the essence of Julius Berger’s success, as a foundation for reimaging the future. The brand strategy defined the company purpose authentically and expressed its vision mission and values in line with core truths and aspirations, strengthening the brand foundations and brining clarity to the core pillars of its strategy in a way that resonated both internally and externally.

Focusing on the Company’s Strategy and Goals, Julius Berger’s new brand strategy drove the entire event, in consideration of the conference aims.

To rollout the brand strategy we delivered the concept, content and creative for a two- day immersive leadership summit a landmark event that united key staff from across the organization to inform on the new company strategy. We spearheaded a bespoke event identity all environmental branding, the identification and coordination of keynote speakers, concept and content structure for panel discussions and coordination of unique team building activities to immerse staff in the new brand strategy and inspire key leadership through a shared vision for the future. To ensure a seamless event planning from over 3,000 miles away, we teamed up with Purple Patch events, to bring their expertise in regards to logistics, technology and planning. Links:
