Hudson Willow was tasked to define a brand architecture to organize and structure the growth of subsidiaries and company brands within the Julius Berger Group. This framework aimed to protect the core Julius Brand from dilution, but facilitating a streamlined and efficient growth and expansion of the group, including the launch of new brands.

Positioning Julius Berger’s high potential Facility Management offer for greater growth

Our scope of work also included the development of a new brand and communication collateral for the company’s facility services business, to enable the independent marketing and growth of this specialized area of business. Adhering to the brand architecture, the Julius Berger Facilities Management brand was developed as a sub-brand within the defined architecture, closely related to the master brand, while retaining a level of autonomy to enable marketing of specific services to defined target audiences.
